Right Now Pathway
Sam & David
David is nonverbal, deaf, and on the autism spectrum. Sam had 30 respite hours/month but no one to use them. I introduced her to Josh and Abby (trained providers). Now we're learning David's communication (whiteboard, keyboard, reading), understanding his needs, and building the case for expanded services. Success looks like progress. Every day.
Transitioning Pathway
Thuy & Daniel
Daniel's original IPP had outdated goals, unclear language, and was unusable for real life. I rewrote it into a legal document that actually works. Daniel is now transitioning to the Self-Determination Program (SDP), moving from traditional services to a self-directed budget. Thuy is changing service coordinators. That's the difference.
Forever Pathway
Wolfie's Plan
Wolfie is 11, nonverbal, moderate ASD. I applied for term life insurance (underwriting in progress) and hired an attorney for his Special Needs Trust. Not asking families to do something I haven't done. I'm building the model with my own kid first.
